The Lion of the second round was awarded to Pokrova AMP player Mykola Oleksiienko, who scored five goals.
The championship will continue until December 2025. Matches will take place in Kyiv, Kyiv region, Lviv, Cherkasy, and Ivano-Frankivsk. The tournament winner will represent Ukraine in the 2026 EAFF Champions League (European Amputee Football Federation).
