On November 2, the MSK Dnipro Stadium in Cherkasy hosted the third national amputee football tournament - the “League of the Mighty” Autumn Cup, a project that won the prestigious UEFA FootbALL Awards 2025.
This was the third cup stage of 2025, following the winter and spring editions, and it became a debut tournament for new teams taking their first steps at the professional level. The tournament continues the project’s core mission - to discover new talents, inspire participants, and create opportunities for people with amputations to return to an active life through sport.

For all four teams, this tournament marked their debut in professional amputee football competitions.
In total, 70 new players joined the “League of the Mighty” community this season, highlighting the rapid growth of the movement across Ukraine.

As a result of the competition, Dnipro Chest claimed the tournament victory. Along with Veres Mriya, the team will join the First League of the Ukrainian Amputee Football Championship starting from the fourth round.
During the opening and award ceremonies, welcoming remarks were delivered by Olena Balbek, CEO of the UAF Foundation, Andrii Poltavets, Head of the Cherkasy Regional Football Association, and Yehor Alieksieienko, Head of the Adaptive Sports Department of the Mass Sports Agency of Ukraine.
“Welcome to the ‘League of the Mighty’ family! We followed your progress on social media and during training sessions, and we are impressed by how quickly you adapted to the demands of amputee football. I wish you bright emotions, inspiration, and great enjoyment of the game!” said Olena Balbek.

The Autumn Cup is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Football in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Mass Sports Agency of Ukraine.
The official partners of the “League of the Mighty” are Mastercard and Oschadbank.
