Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup 2026: 16 Teams to Compete for the Trophy

«League of the Mighty» is launching a new amputee football competitive season – the Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup 2026 kicks off this March.

The Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup is the second-largest cup tournament in terms of the number of participating teams, trailing only behind Turkey!

The tournament will bring together 16 teams from various regions of the country, competing for one of the main national trophies.

Participants of the Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup 2026:

  4. «Vinnytsia Amp» (Vinnytsia)
  5. «Dnipro Chest» (Dnipro)
  6. «Kolos-Bureviy» (Kyiv Region)
  7. «Kryvbas Amp» (Kryvyi Rih)
  8. «Metalist 1925 Nezlami» (Kharkiv)
  9. «Podilski Vovky» (Khmelnytskyi)
  10. «Pokrova Amp» (Lviv)
  11. «Pokrova Amp 2» (Lviv)
  12. «Sich» (Zaporizhzhia)
  13. «Stal Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi)
  14. «Tytany» (Zhytomyr)
  15. «Khrestonostsi»(Луцьк)
  16. «Shakhtar Stalevi» (Донецьк)

The tournament will be held in four stages following a knockout (cup) system:

  • Round of 16 – March 7–8
  • Quarter-finals – March 14–15
  • Final Four (to be held in Kyiv) – March 21–22

On February 20, a blnd draw for the Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup 2026 took place at the House of Football. Based on the results, the pairs for the Round of 16 have been formed.

«Due to the security situation, the cities of Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv will not be able to host Cup matches. If the draw identifies teams from these cities as hosts, the matches will be played at the football grounds of the nominal guests. If two teams from these cities are paired together, the decision regarding the venue will be made by the Cup administration», said Bohdan Melnyk, Development Manager of the «League of the Mighty."

«Looking at the bracket, it’s wide open—practically any team has a shot at reaching the semi-finals or the final. We’re going to see high-stakes, competitive football right from the opening round. In particular, a game between Pokrova AMP and Khrestonostsi promises to be a real standout. I wish all the competitors the best of luck. The launch of the Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup is another step in the systematic development of adaptive sports in the country and the expansion of competitive opportunities for players. The tournament will serve as an important platform for improving team performance and preparing for the second Ukrainian Amputee Football Championship.

The 2026 Ukrainian Amputee Football Cup champion will lift the trophy this spring.
